I've immediately noticed since posting my last work that I'm REALLy bad at describing what I was thinking when I created these! Basically, as it was for an anniversary, I was trying to use flowig organic shapes with a feeling of unity or coming together and bonding ... :hmm: hope that makes some sense =p

It's only the third carving I've ever done so feel free to be as critical as you like - all input is greatly appreciated. It's carved in bone by the way.

it really make think about enlacing, embracing, bonding, etc. that's because of the closed curves, with some perspective i could see a head, and some arms, don't know if that was the intention

anyways, good job, in this things there's always room for improvments, but i think you'r in the rigth path :P

Yea, ive done a few since this one and if I could go back theres definately things I'd do differently ... guess that's all part of it =D
I'm glad you like it, it took me ages!
I was thinking allong the interweaving of lives and embracing shapes, very interesting to hear what you make of it - that's the best part for me - what other people see facinates me =)

Yea it took me quite some time but most of it polishing actually (4+ hours!) I've worked out a MUCH better way of doing it now though - phew!

this is so beautiful, i know i always love a pendant that you can toy with and it just feels so amazing if it's polished smoothly

It took me ages as it was one of the first designs I'd done that was properly 3D. It turned out ok though ;)
