I was lucky to find this after driving around the Ashdown Forest looking for an area actually covered with trees! I know this is pine but I loved the lighting and jumped out to see if I could capture it. I'm not sure about this one so please let me know what you think.

(N.B. typical as soon as I'm back to work the weather turns pretty :hmm:!)

The angle, the sun, the folliage and the trees. I think this is a beautiful and wonderful photograph.

well I was a little late up but being winter the sun was pretty low anyway. shame there was not more moisture in the air I think but there's not much I could do about that!

I had hoped it would be more misty that morning but I'd forgotten that the cold weather dosen't really set in till Feb. Moments like these are why I got into photography, I just wish I could have made a little more of it ... I'm never satisfied me!
